The villa has been carefully renovated with fine traditional materials and fabrics of the highest quality to offer all modern comforts.
Set high among the lush green hills which border Liguria and Tuscany and surrounded by olive grove, it guarantees utmost privacy and seclusion and occupies the perfect spot for peaceful relaxation. In addition, the villa’s outdoor pool and the lovely pergola and relax area invite you to bathe at leisure quietly.
Great location for those who want to visit Tuscany and the Cinque Terre. In 30 minutes you can reach the seaside (Lerici, Fiascherino, Bocca di Magra). Only 1.5 km to the nearest town and 5 minutes to get the train station of Aulla where you can easily reach the amazing Cinque Terre as well as Pisa, Florence, Lucca.
ACCOMMODATION
La Luna Cottage is on two floors.
On the ground floor there is 1 Master Bedroom with private en suite bathroom (bathtub) and 1 Twin bedroom with private bathroom (shower), 1 D. Bedroom.
A convenient staircase leads on the first floor where there is a bright and comfortable living room area with sofas, television, and stereo CD. Adjoin the living room there is the fully equipped kitchen and the large dining room. A peculiarity of the first floor is a glass sliding door throughout the guests will step into a cosy junior suite with a mezzanine double bed and private bathroom with shower.
Ground floor: 1 Master Double bedroom with 1 Bathroom en-suite, 1 Twin Bedroom (2 single beds), 1 Doubkle bedroom 1 en suite bathroom, 1 suite with mezzanine Double Bedroom, 1 en suite Bathroom.
First floor: Large living room / dining room connected with the kitchen.
Outside: Private Swimming Pool (size 9×4,5), Private Garden (2.000 sm.), Gazebo with dining area, Terrace, Private Parking for 2 cars, Panoramic views.
GROUNDS
The large garden extends to a shaded open living area with gazebo and pool. Here armchairs and a large dining table offer wonderful relaxation, leisurely breakfasts and the perfect setting for intimate dinners. The carefully garden is full of colourful flowers and mediterranean trees, with shady refreshing areas which offer sea breeze and beautiful views.
