Great for families up to 6 persons. Same great location, amenities, only a little cheaper.

Off-Peak (May, Jun, Sept & Oct) are the BEST VALUES at the shore, if you don't have school-age children. The weather is still Great, the Beach, Board-walk, Restaurants & Activities are ALL still OPEN, but the Crowds, Long Lines & Traffic are GONE. Plus the price is about 1/2 of peak summer so you can stay 2 weeks for the price of 1 peak summer week. The best value of the season.

You can wake up, roll out of bed & be at the beach in 5 min! Frolic in the surf, walk along the shore or read a book on the beach. Take the kids on rides, play in the arcades or learn about marine life at the nearby, updated Aquarium. Shop in town at beachwear boutiques, art galleries or in nautical decor shops. Rent a boat, take a Mississippi Riverboat excursion, take kids on Pirate boat or book a fishing charter. If you are more adventurous, try para-sailing.

There's a FREE Shuttle that takes you around town for shopping, dining, beach, activities, & lots more!

HOUSE LAYOUT & AMENITIES - This house has 3 lovely Bedrooms, 2 Full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a queen & twin plus a large, mirrored closet. The 2nd bedroom has a double & twin & the 3rd bedroom has a double & twin. The bedrooms all have clean pillows, mattress pads & coverlets, dressers & large mirrors. 2 Full bathrooms, one with a tub & shower, the other has 1 large shower, hair dryer. The Eat-in kitchen is fully-equipped with dinnerware, cutlery, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender & lots more! The living room has a big, comfortable sectional couch with a big screen TV, DVD, Playstation. Free WIFI. There is central air conditioning throughout. A covered, outdoor Porch plus a Private Patio with cushioned chairs, table, umbrella & grill. There is a hose to rinse off your beach gear. A private storage shed with beach umbrellas, beach chairs, toys & beach cart, provided. 4 adult beach passes & 2 on-site parking spaces are included !!! We also provide parking placards for additional free overnight street parking too.

All you need are sheets & towels to move in!! (if you are traveling from out of town, we can provide these also, upon request).

GREAT LOCATION!! Our guests just love our location! This CLEAN, Beautiful House is in a Family-Oriented area Situated ONLY 1 block to Beach, Beach Entrance & Boardwalk in family-friendly Pt Pleasant Beach, NJ. Our beach entrance is special as it has a food court, ice cream shop, gift shop, plus many restrooms. There is a shower where you can rinse off when leaving the beach. You can grab a bite & eat on tables provided or bring it onto the beach with you. You can jog or bike on the boardwalk before 9am & surf fish. There is a nearby overlook where you can watch the boats go out & come back from the sea. A Fisherman's Monument is nearby with wall fishing & a new Playground with swings, jungle gym & gazebo!

ACTIVITIES & ENTERTAINMENT - Close enough to ALL the action but far enough from the noise, congestion & traffic. Short walk to Jenkinson's Pavilion & amusement park, rides, rock climb, games, arcades & slot machines, mini golf (3 courses), batting cages, fun house, aquarium & more. New Adventure Park features zip line, rope bridges & more! In peak summer, EACH WEEK there are FREE Kiddie Shows (Monday), Family Movies on the Beach (Tuesday), Magical Mermaids (Wednesday), Beach-combing with marine experts (Thursday), Fireworks (Thursday), Princess Story time (Friday), Talent Show (Sunday). These are ALL FREE Every Week! Plus there are special events including Marvel Superhero Meet & Greet, Princess Palooza, Kite Fest, Christmas in July & Hot Halloween.

Near marina with boat rentals, fishing charters, Mississippi riverboat excursions & parasailing. Near nightlife with live music & dancing for ALL ages. Including Dueling Pianos (Monday), Comedy Night (Tuesday), Country Music Stars (Wednesday), Motown (Thursday), Bruce Springstein Tribute Band (Sunday). There are LOTS more activities in nearby towns (see below under DESCRIPTIONS).

DINING OPTIONS - We are in the best location for eating whether it be Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. We are near LOTS of restaurants (about 10 eateries within 10 min walk) from fast food to fine dining, all are kid-friendly.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
