Charming Deluxe Apartment with 4 bedrooms, 4 toilets, full kitchen, sitting room, furnished balcony, washing machine.

Each bedroom is equipped with an en-suite toilet, smart TV, table and chairs set, wardrobe or open closet, window.

About 200 square meters.

Maximum occupancy: 12 people + 5 infants.

Details: basic occupancy 11 people + 1 extra bed + 1 baby cot + up to 4 infants in existing beds.

Bedrooms:

- King Suite Deluxe, approx. 30 sqm, beds for 4 guests, one king bed and two single beds;

- Classic Suite, approx. 21 sqm, beds for 3 guests, one queen bed and one single bed;

- Superior Double, approx. 19 sqm, beds for 2+1 guests, one queen bed or two twin beds on request and possibility to add one extra single bed for the twelfth guest or on request;

- Comfort Double, approx. 16 sqm, beds for 2 guests, one queen bed.

The local government of Polignano a Mare imposes the payment of a city tax - not included in the reservation price and due by cash upon arrival - for all guests aged 14+ years old: it is 2 euro/person/night. For longer stays of 8+ nights the city tax is no more applied starting from the 8th night.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
