La casa si trova nel centro storico, a due passi dall'Arco Marchesale, in una zona ricca di negozi, ristoranti e caffé; è su due livelli, al primo piano ci sono le camere da letto, mentre di sopra c'è la cucina con il grande terrazzo. Appena entrati dal portone, si salgono delle scale che portano al piano principale. Qui c'è un piccolo spazio comune, servito da WIFI gratuito, con una scrivania, un divanetto e una libreria per il book crossing. Dalla stanza comune si accede alle tre camere da letto, ognuna con il suo balconcino, bagno privato completo di doccia e asciugacapelli, cassaforte e TV Tramite una scala in legno da questo piano si accede a quello superiore, dove si trova la cucina (equipaggiata anche con lavastoviglie e forno), un piccolo bagno di servizio e il grande terrazzo (50 mq!) con sdraio, tavolini e doccia esterna per i tuoi momenti di relax. Qui c'è anche la lavatrice, a disposizione degli ospiti.

Abbiamo scelto di minimizzare l'impatto sull'ambiente:

- ventilatori a soffitto per il fresco delle stanze

- trattamento dell'acqua ad osmosi inversa, fresca e frizzante, per non utilizzare acqua in bottiglia di plastica

- pannello solare per l'acqua calda

- raccolta differenziata con raccolta porta a porta

Polignano è ben collegata con l'aeroporto di Bari e d Brindisi tramite il treno E' possibile anche affittare le stanze singolarmente, previo accordo

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Patrizia (the owner) a message.

If Patrizia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
