Attractively furnished, a light and airey house, on the end of a block of 5 houses, with the benefit of being next to unspoilt fields with lovely views and yet only 10 minutes walk from a traditional Cypriot town. The swimming pool can be seen from the garden, but the house's end position allows more privacy. There is lots to do in the surrounding areas - an ideal holiday for couples/families wanting a varied holiday- unwinding, exploring the hills and villages, enjoying good food. A visit to Laatchi, further down the coast, is a must- with it's numerous sea food restaurants and for the energetic, they can cycle there. The villages in the hills, such as Lysos, have wonderful views and the Akamas penisula is a famous nature reserve and turtles nest on the beach at Lara. Make sure you go along the coast to Aphrodites Baths for lovely views from the restaurant overlooking the sea.

Change over days are flexible and the minimum number of days rental is 4 days. Entry into the property is after 3pm and departure by 10am. Prices can be on application for stays over 2 weeks and long lets will be considered.

A charming house, with modern furnishings in a great location. The two bedrooms have ensuite fascilities and the master bedroom has the views over the fields. Aircon units and patio style doors in all rooms. At the end of the road is a very well stocked modern supermarket and up the road another one. There is a butcher 2 minutes down the road and a kiosk for papers at the end of road. Wi fi is in the very good sports bar, 5 minutes walk away and the centre of the town is a few minutes more to the town square.

The terrace garden has the benefit of being close enough to the pool, so children can still be seen, but also meaning there is more privacy when you want it. The development is well managed and all year through there are flowers and well kept hedges. Around the pool are sunbeds and parasols for residents. What is nice is that Polis Gardens is not just a holiday development about 50% of owners live here and enjoy it.

There is a BBQ on the terrace and guests are requested to empty used coals before departure or a small cleaning charge will

“Great property, great location, ideal winter break.”

A well equipped townhouse in a good location at end of complex overlooking countryside. All facilities of high standard. Looked after for the owners by a couple living in Cyprus who were very helpful and sorted out any problem promptly. A short walk to the town of Polis but still secluded and peaceful. The complex is constantly maintained and cleaned daily. Would return if the opportunity arises.
