A large (very) secluded single storey stone built villa offering a taste of the 'real Cyprus', 'Georgios Rafaela Villa' is situated in the pretty village area of Goudi, (very close to) Polis in Paphos District. With 5 bedrooms to sleep 9, 2.5 baths + Separate Jacuzzi Shower, 9m x 4m Private Pool, Satellite TV, Internet/Wi-Fi, BBQ and Children's Play Area (now with table tennis) to name just a few, ‘Georgios Rafaela' Villa has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the Cyprus sunshine. **Wi-Fi and IPTV included**

The villa, which is easily accessed from the B7 between Paphos and Polis, is situated just 5km from the town of Polis and all its amenities and only 7km from Latchi which offers the best beaches & water sports in the Paphos district as well as a pretty marina where you can relax and enjoy the day’s catch whilst having a glass or 2 of your favourite tipple.

The villa has 5 bedrooms (en-suite to master) and sleeps 9. It has a 9m x 4m private swimming pool with, full air-conditioning, Large Flat Screen TV with Premium Channel IPTV & DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, large stone built BBQ with adjacent table to seat 8, Jacuzzi Shower to Master En-Suite, Jacuzzi Shower in feature double bedroom with floor to ceiling windows, covered children's play area outside and much more. The setting is both serene and spectacular with the rolling hills of the nearby villages giving views you'll remember forever.
