From the owner

The B&B Villaermosa put at your disposal five large rooms equipped with ventilation system and private external bathroom, T.V. and Wi-Fi. The B&B has a fully equipped kitchen and also a dining room where you can enjoy your breakfast.
The B&B has 200 sq.m meters and is really bright. It is located at the third floor of an ancient building equipped with elevator, in a classy and modern environment. Our B&B it is just few steps from Teatro Massimo, near to the Cathedral and at short walking distance to most of the historical and cultural places that Palermo has to offer. The street is really quiet despite being in the city centre, the location is safe.
The B&B has five wide rooms equipped with flat T.V., wardrobe, free Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and large balconies; each room has the exclusive use of one of the five available bathrooms, all of them completely renewed. Plus you have a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Our guests can enjoy the common area also equipped with a flat TV.
Upon demand we will happily arrange for breakfast and/or meal service including some delicious Sicilian or international recipes. Our guests will have full and free access to Wi-Fi, and they can enjoy a common area with a flat screen TV. They will have their own key and really feel at home. Every day the room will be cleaned and tidy up, plus every three days there will be a change of sheets.
Italian, English, French, Spanish and Turkish are the languages spoken by the staff who will be delighted to give you information and tell you about the city. Our staff would be happy to help you with any information that you might need about the city attractions, moving around, events and so on. We will help you to find the best spots of the city giving you advices on restaurants, interesting places and tips from a local perspective.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Musa (the owner) a message.

If Musa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
