Villa Garballo is a large and well proportioned property set in its own private and secluded plot and surrounded by trees and other greenery. Located in the urbanization of Son Toni, a peaceful and affluent estate of large, luxurious and privately owned properties. Ideally situated being just over 5 minutes from nearby towns Pollensa and Sa Pobla and just 15 mins from Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia.

Within it's grounds, Villa Garballo has a large patio and garden areas with the swimming pool being one of the main focal points, along with a covered outdoor terrace which is perfect for al fresco/outdoor dining, and just a couple of metres away from the pool. One can also enjoy stunning panoramic mountain views from both the garden/pool area and private roof terrace. All this taken into account, Villa Garballo lends itself perfectly to both families/groups with or without children and being a gated property gives the feeling of safety and security and of being in your own secluded haven.
Nearby Pollensa and Alcudia are upmarket and cultured towns, both with several must-see sights and attractions. Pollensa has the 365 steps up to Calvari where there is a small chapel, while Alcudia has the historic castle walls. For those that enjoy a game of golf there are 2 superb course very close by. Firstly, Golf Pollensa with view across the bay of Pollensa, a definite must-see! Secondly, the affluent suburb of Alcanada just outside alcudia where you will find Golf Alcanada which is on the coast and is owned by Porsche.

On entering Villa Garballo, you are greeted by a large and open entrance hallway, off which, is a well equipped and modern dining kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Also off the entrance hallway is the dining area and spacious lounge with twin patio windows which lead out onto the covered outdoor terrace.

Also on the ground floor are 3 of the bedrooms which again are of good proportions and complimented by two bathrooms. Moving upstairs, the first floor id reserved solely for the fourth bedroom and shower room, which is more like a small studio apartment. Off this bedroom, there is also access to the private roof terrace which benefits from uninterrupted and panoramic views of the mountains and countryside and also the swimming pool.

Villa Garballo is quite a new property, being constructed approximately 8 years ago and gives a very inviting feel upon walking through the gates and has off road parking on the driveway for 2-3 cars. The perimeter of the plot is screened by trees and bushes, making the garden and pool area , at the side and rear of the property almost hidden from the outside world. It is a very well designed and laid out property which allows you to relax in your own private paradise and escape the hustle and bustle of the big city.

    How do damage deposits work?
