The delightful three bedroom Villa Es Coste is situated right under the Puig Maria and is within a 15 minute walk of the old town of Pollensa. Perched on the side of the hill above the Pollensa road, it boasts fabulous unrivalled views across to the old town in the distance. When you arrive in the driveway and park your car you are immediately impressed. The property is lovingly cared for by its owner who is a landscape gardener by profession (employed by some very notable Billionaires)and it shows! The gardens and terraces, which are both paved and wooden decked are a sheer delight and make living and dining outdoors a special event. A 10 metre infinity swimming pool with Roman steps into a shallow end for children takes pride of place to the front of the property and its particular design gives off the impression of swimming in mid air. There is a magnificent outdoor kitchen and solar heated Jacuzzi located at the side of the house which offers great views of the Old Town. Next to this is a laundry with washing machine. You enter the house into a spacious hallway and off to the left is the most enormous kitchen, which is well fitted and has a large round table. A dishwasher and microwave are available for your added benefit also. A door leads from the kitchen directly onto the covered front terrace for those meals al-fresco to enjoy the gardens and the views of the mountains in the distance. You will not be able to wait to get up and have breakfast! The comfortably furnished lounge with patio doors to the front terrace and has large flat screen TV and a TV with News and International channels and DVD player. Off from the lounge is to be found a superb modern large head shower room with WC. Air conditioning is in the bedrooms ONLY (timer), not the lounge area, so additional fans can be rented if necessary. Please advise the UK office prior to your holiday if this is required. Attractive open sided stairs (with bannister) leads to the upstairs landing and the recently refurbished air-conditioned bedroom accommodation. There is a pretty spacious twin bedroom, which faces to the rear side of the property and an attractive double, decorated in modern neutral colours, which has doors onto the side terrace leading down to the BBQ area. The family bathroom, offers a full walk in shower. The master double with full en-suite bathroom, faces the front of the house with stunning views of Pollensa. A wonderful spacious bedroom with patio doors to the front terrace/balcony, a modern stand free bath, leading into the en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. If you want to explore further afield from the villa then why not try some excellent sailing or cycling in Majorca; both come highly recommended. Mallorca is also famous for its Bird Watching and walking and in 2010 the Serra de Tramuntana was awarded UNESCO World Heritage status, Cultural Landscape. The wine and gastronomy really has to be tried and appreciated. There is so much to do in Pollensa and Mallorca generally. Just ask our sales specialists or your 24 hour support team in resort. Either will be happy to advise on and book whatever you wish to do. Children are welcome in the villa, but its character and charm do pose some safety issues for very young children. We advise they are permanently supervised.
