Wonderful Mallorcan Finca with private swimmingpool and beautifull gardens located very close to the beach at only 3 km from the Puerto Pollensa Bay, at 5 min drive to the marina and the old town of Pollensa.It is at 15 min drive to Formentor the most exclusive holiday resort in Spain, and 15 km to the best beaches of Alcudia.

This property has a kitchen fully fitted, air conditioning, WIFI DVD; SAT TV; and covered BBQ area by the pool

It is surrounded by gardens of natural beauty and incredible mountain views

In this area you can enjoy all kinds of maritime activities, diving, surfing, skateboarding surfing, hiking, road biking, paragliding, horse riding, golf, tennis, adventure sports,etc..

    If you want an amazing villa close to Pollenca, Port de Pollenca or Alcudia this is your one. the pool is the best we have had on the island and the owner is very helpful.... We will be back

    How do damage deposits work?
