Villa with private pool 2 km from Pollensa town:

Adelightful holiday villa restored in the winter 2020 with a maximum qualities and decorated in a rural cottage style with a contemporary feel. It’s set back from a quiet lane down a long-gated driveway, set in beautiful, tropical gardens and is only a 2-minute’s drive from Pollensa Old Town.

What a pretty house Villa Corb Mari is. It has a gorgeous front terrace that runs the length of the cottage, overlooking the pool and gardens, which is furnished with a sofa and comfy chairs. There is also an outside dining table for summertime eating and a table tennis table. It also has a covered barbecue area and exterior shower.

The gardens are full of colorful flowering plants and shrubs, figs, pears and olive trees. The gardens are private and its surroundings include an orange grove and barley fields. The pool also has a separate child-area making it an ideal retreat for youngsters.

There is an arched door entrance leading directly into a spacious lounge dining room that has attractive open stone walls and is furnished with a dining table and chairs and modern sofas. A large contemporary wood-burning stove is a pleasing feature and ideal for those cooler evenings. A door from the lounge dining room on this ground level leads into a large bathroom with a big shower with natural stone walls.

The kitchen is very modern, is fully equipped and all appliances are new.

A staircase from the lounge leads up to a double bedroom and a smaller twin. There is also a shower bathroom here with a corner shower unit and a door out to a fantastic upper chill out terrace with a comfortable outdoor sofa which is perfect for sunbathing or reading a book in privacy.

There is another staircase here leading up to a further double bedroom with en suite shower bathroom lovely wood furniture and far-reaching views across the countryside. All bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning units and lovely views. Please note, the upper bedrooms are accessed by different stairways which will need to be taken into account if booking this villa with young children in the party. Although the arrangement of rooms is fine for two families travelling together we would advise that the sole double bedroom is more suitable for older children.

Villa Corb Mari is a lovely family villa and has everything one would expect from a Spanish private farmhouse holiday. The decor and furnishings are of a high standard and the proximity to the Old Town with its restaurants and bars make this a must to try.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
