Self catering for 2-3 families in the very best beachside location. The self contained annex sleeps a further 4 if needed.

Space for 5 cars. Stunning views of beach, sea , surf and sunsets. A great family holiday house with spacious rooms and amazing views. Instant access to Polzeath surfing beach, coastal path for walkers, great for families and groups.

On the first floor the accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, one twin, a double bunk room, bathroom and a separate loo. On the second floor there is one double bedroom with panoramic views, a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom/loo. On the ground floor there is a large shower/laundry room and wetsuit drying area with underfloor heating and a separate loo. In addition there is an outside privvy. The kitchen and living area, with stunning views of the sea through sliding picture windows, are open plan. The self catering kitchen is well equipped for large groups and has recently been upgraded with two large fridges and a range cooker. Craig Var is spacious enough for several families to enjoy their holiday together and yet at the same time maintain their independence. Craig Var is a much loved family home and has been in the family since the late 1960's, and where four generations of the same family have spent some truly memorable holidays. There is now Broadband in the house and the Cottage, but please note there is no TV in the house or the cottage.

Dogs (max 4) are welcome for a fee of £24 per dog, although they are not allowed on the beach during the summer months. 

Hire Linen and Towels with beds made up for arrival can be supplied at £20 per person - or if you prefer you can bring your own linen and towels . Rates quoted are for the main house only, if you would like to book the Cottage as well, please contact Ros for rates for the Cottage.

The house has by far the best vantage point in Polzeath. Every room has a breathtaking view. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for self catering, even down to the abundance of Cornish… More

Had everything you could need . Perfect location .walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach . Enclosed garden , perfect for the dogs . We had a fabulous stay the views are amazing .
