Stunning uninterrupted Sea and Beach views from this great family beach house on Tristram Cliff, overlooking Polzeath Beach. Recently redecorated and furnished, Carn Cobba sleeps 14 in 4 bedrooms + a total of 4 bath/shower rooms. Spacious dining room, TV snug, L shaped living room, kitchen, large utility area and huge garage 'den' for table tennis, table football, pin ball machine, sofas, surf board rack etc etc. Watch the surf and the iconic sunsets from the patio area and lawned front garden with access direct to Tristram Cliff and Polzeath surfing/family beach. The SW Coast Path runs close to the house allowing a delightful cliff walk to Daymer Bay beach and on to Rock for sailing, waterskiing and foot ferry to Padstow, or a more demanding coastal treck to Port Isaac via The Rumps. Local eateries and specialist food suppliers abound, with golf, fishing, surf schools, coasteering - and of course retail therapy - all available.

Dogs are welcome (max 3) by prior arrangement. Large beach towels provided. Laundry and cleaning both extra (£200). Changeover day in peak summer is now Mondays, with a 6pm arrival time and midday departure.
