Localizado estratégicamente en el centro de la ciudad de Ponce, este apartamento/estudio le brinda la oportunidad de disfrutar de la arquitectura colonial de la zona y de la vida diurna y nocturna de la ciudad.

Este elegante apartamento está totalmente equipado y amueblado, con una cama tamaño Queen Size (2 personas) + Sofá cama tamaño Queen Size (2 personas), lo que permite acomodar fácilmente 4 personas por apartamento. Incluye también las sabanas, fundas, frisas y almohadas.

En su cocina se incluye: fregadero, estufa, nevera, microondas, cafetera, vajillas, cubiertos, utensilios de cocina, vasos y copas, productos de limpieza, ollas y mesa.

El baño es con ducha, servicio de agua caliente, toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo, acondicionador, loción de manos, jabón y shower cap.

Incluye entre otros: Smart TV y sistema RoKu, WiFi, tabla y plancha, aire acondicionado, detector de humo, extintor de incendios, closet con tablillas, artículos de limpieza como escoba, recogedor, cubo, mopa.

El estacionamiento es según la disponibilidad frente al mismo edificio.

Nuestras facilidades están conectadas y dependen exclusivamente del servicio público para las utilidades de Autoridad de Energía Eléctrica y Autoridad de Acueductos y Alcantarillado, de Puerto Rico. Las reservaciones están formalizadas en el reconocimiento y entendimiento de esta condición por parte del huésped, por lo que la interrupción de estas utilidades, no limitaran ni llevara a la terminación de la reserva o a ningún tipo de reembolso.

La Orden Ejecutiva de Puerto Rico vigente, para salvaguardar la salud de nuestros huéspedes y del personal de trabajo entró en vigor el 16 de agosto y continuará del 23 de agosto en adelante.

Esta nueva orden ejecutiva exige la evidencia de la certificación (tarjeta) de vacunas contra COVID -19.

O evidencia Negativa de prueba de COVID-19 de 72 horas o menos el día de su “check In”.

La misma se recibirá a través de una declaración de viajero que el huésped será responsable de llenar como parte del su “check in”

La ley establece que las personas que no cumplan estarían expuestos a multas de hasta 6 meses cárcel o multa que no excederá $5000, o ambas penas a discreción del Tribunal.

Es por ello que nuestros huéspedes se comprometen y están de acuerdo, en que una vez formalizada su reservación, enviarán dicha evidencia.

El incumplimiento de esta nueva orden, llevará a la terminación de la reservación y no conllevará ningún tipo de reembolso.

El uso de mascarillas y distanciamiento social en los alrededores y áreas comunes de las facilidades será siendo requerido.
