Me alegro que se tome la cosa positivamente ante la cancelacion i si lo desea le podemos mandar panuelos en caso que vuelvan a llorar. I por cierto siempre hay una primera vez i si viaja mucho ver este tipo de cosas no es tan exceptional ni tan molesto con tanta antelacion (2-3 semanas) pero sabes que algunos les encanta hacer tortillas con tan solo 1 huevo. ;-)

Si reserva tanto con Booking tendria el TAG de Genius ... i no lo tiene que quede claro. I a mi no tiene que explicarme absolutamente NADA. Si desea devoluciones o ... puede contratar un seguro en sus reservas ... claro que como solo busca reducir costes pues no lo tenia ... El lugar estaba limpio i quien busca la manchitas siempre la encontrara ... todos los edredones lavados recientemente ya que estos no se limpian entre cada reserva como la ropa de cama i demas. Las fotos son recientes i TOTALMENTE FIELES a la Realidad i para que se sepa bien que usted es un chantajistas cuando dijo que no le gustaba i solicito (por no decir exigio algo fuera de su derecho) la devolucion me dijo claramente que si no lo hacia romperia algo en la propiedad... con eso le indique que facilitara el deposito de fianza de 100 euros i su DNI i ya decidio marcharse ... Se fue con las llaves (ROBO por HURTO) que no son suyas i no devolvio tal i como demuestra la gravacion de video de la propiedad de la camara de vigilancia del portal demostrando el Hurto por su parte dado las horas de su entrada, salida, cancelacion de reserva i hora que indico que supestamente devolvio las llaves en el buzon que esta dentro de la propiedad ... Con eso Snr. lo digo todo. Es usted un chantajistas, ladron, etc etc. I si no le gustaba la cocina ... porque tiene sus anos ... pues podia cerrar la puerta i aun tenia 3 habitaciones, 1 salon, un carto de bano i un aseo cumulando unos 80m2 ... I luego si no son los edredones que estaban mal dira que era el somier, el colchon, le faltaba el agua caliente etc ... Pues Snr si de verdad quiere ver un apartamento sucio de verdad le invito a un desahucio ESPANOL (con sus cucarachas, cagadas en el vater desde meses etc etc ...) I en sus fotos en el water se ve una manchita del goteo de agua ... en una esquina i nada que ver con las lineas de mierda cuando uno hace sus necessidades ... O me vino con una "mancha" de oxido (que no tiene solucion menos cambiar la pieza por completo i es TOTALMENTE DISPROPORCIONADO) en la banera minuscula como podria ser el esmalte que hubiera saltado por un golpe ... Golpe que surgiera que un huesped con sus caracteristicas psychologicas. I si Booking tuvo "piedad" (cosa que no me facilito i dado el caso podria ser otra mentira suya) con usted que quede claro que como bien lo subraya yo no tengo ninguna cuando veo este tipo de comportamientos.

Parece que le sobra el dinero ... i luego refanfuna para una fianza que me protege que gente que ocasiona desperfectos o como usted se llevan las llaves (hurto, ROBO). Para no indicar que hubiera podido llevarse el televisor o altavoz... Pues para que vea que lo que dice es una estupidez esta semana vio alguien el mismo piso (sin que lo limpiara ya que no se quedo), lo vio, i se quedo una noche ... El que estaba la noche antes a la suya deseaba quedarse una noche mas. De media en fecha de hoy tengo un 7.2 en Booking cuando el peor de Ponferrada esta en 6.5 i en los ultimos 3 meses la media nuestra esta en 7.5 ... A algunos le gusto i a otros no ... i usted no reservo con Niumba i no se como puede opinar tanto en google como en tripadvisor ... Es usted un chantajistas i por no haber entrado en sus chantajes ahora intenta degradar nuestra imagen ... Mismos metodos que algunos huespedes ingleses con hosteleros Espanoles con falsa intoxicaciones para pedir indemnizaciones ... (todo un fraude por parte de algunos huespedes)... Nosotros no escondemos absolutamente nada i solo es ver la foto de 2 camas que subio donde no se ve nada anormal. Al reves. el video de la camara de videovigilancia de la propiedad demuestra claramente que NO VOLVIO I DADO EL CASO NO DEVOLVIO LA LLAVE QUE NO ES SUYA. Lo peor es que aun eduque el nino a seguir sus pasos. Saludo Jaen Apartment

Why can't I call Jesus (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jesus (the owner) a message.

If Jesus (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
