Uma Maravilhosa chácara localizada a 90 Km de Curitiba e 4 Km da Praia de Leste (Pontal do Paraná) apenas 300 m da PR 407 (estrada cascalhada) ,terreno com 24.200 m2 de área verde (ideal também para Camping), canal represado com peixes, fundos com o famoso Rio Guaraguaçu (ideal para pescas de Robalo e outros peixes mais e também para passeios de Jet Sky e Lancha), única chácara da região com braço do rio (ideal para passeios de Caiaques e práticas de Stand Up).

Nessa região está a Estrada Ecológica do Guaraguaçu com uma extensão de 10 Km (ideal para caminhadas, corridas, passeios de bicicletas) e visita a uma tribo Indígena dos Caiçaras e a sua famosa montanha de sambaquis.

I recommend doing boat trips on the Guaraguaçu River and on the islands of our coast, because they are wonderful. In addition to the walk on our ecological road, visit the indigenous village of Guaranis, visit the mountain of sambaqui and the oven of caieiras. Taste of our local gastronomy Caiçara.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Sidnei (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
