Villa com 4 quartos na vila de Ponte de Lima, distrito de Viana do Castelo.

Casa com jardim, piscina, jacuzzi, salão de jogos, churrasqueira (tudo privado). Os hóspedes têm acesso a toda a área da casa e jardim. A moradia é fechada, podem estar tranquilos sem que ninguém vos incomode. Estando localizada numa aldeia rural de Ponte de Lima vão ter contato com animais de campo e natureza.

Não precisa de trazer roupa de cama nem toalhas de casa de banho (não fornecemos toalhas de piscina). Tem ao seu dispor máquina de lavar roupa e louça, ferro e tábua de engomar, bem como, todos os utensílios de cozinha e sala (louças, micro-ondas, fogão, forno, torradeira, varinha mágica e 2 frigoríficos). Dispõem ainda de máquina de café DeltaQ, não disponibilizamos as cápsulas, apenas o equipamento.

O espaço encontra-se enquadrado numa zona habitacional, pelo que, não são permitidas festas durante a noite ou barulho excessivo que possa perturbar a zona envolvente.

Vamos ter em consideração as suas sugestões em colocarmos cortina no quarto do piso 0 e incluir mais pontas de substituição do jogo de setas. Em relação ao acesso à casa do Cabo, infelizmente a estrada não se encontra nas melhores condições, temos no entanto garantia por parte da autarquia de que as obras de restauro da estrada se concluam em breve.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Maurício (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
