Located in a rural area, close (8 Km) to the historical town of Ponte do Lima and its golf course and further a-field the interesting local capital of Viana do Castelo (23Km), a must for excellent shops and restaurants. Further still one should not miss the opportunity to visit the historic city of Porto, with its beautiful old riverside quarters and renown Port Wine lodges or a boat trip on the Douro River.
The inside is cosy and comfortably furnished with a fantastic outside area a great place to have a cool drink on those very hot days or for meals al fresco.

Booking procedure:
Deposit to confirm the booking.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of 250,00€ is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Cot and high chair can be provided upon request, at no extra cost.
Central heating not included with extra charge of 150€/week.
Any complaints must be made direct to the owner at the time of renting.
It is the responsibility of those renting the property to supervise children in and around the villa and swimming pool.
