From the owner

Thanks to the big windows on the Arno river and Ponte Vecchio, and other windows N-S oriented, my house benefits to natural cross ventilation. You’ll be in the heart of historical Florence city center. This apartment is located just in front of the Ponte Vecchio with a large strip window that overlooks the bridge and the river. It will seem to be outdoors. The house is well ventilated. Location is perfect to visit the city by walk and come in/out many times during the day. The living area of this apartment is very spacious and comfortable, equipped with a new sofa bed and original antique Tuscany furniture. Some paintings by famous Italian artists enrich the rooms.

The bedroom has a King bed/twin beds, overlooking a pedestrian street.

The bathroom is new renovated with a big shower.

The tiny and practical kitchen is facing on the living room, with all essential needed to cook. Breakfast is not included in the offer.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Easy cross ventilation, air conditioning filters cleaned at the end of each stay. Sheets and towels provided on demand disinfected by specialized external company.

The apartment is located in pedestrian area and reserve the ancient aspect of the middle age time, there are no cars, sometimes horses carriage use to cross the street under the windows. The area between Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, v. Tornabuoni is one of the most principal shopping area of the city, all important monuments are nearby by walk. In the square in front of the building take a place the famous Fusion Bar & Restaurant Art Gallery Collection, where there are musical events, art and special cocktails. In the street there are small wine bar with live music at appetizer, very common in Florence, there are also pizzeria, restaurant, the Romans Church, and an old shop fruit & vegetable. if you like to stay and to visit Florence the location is pefect to move and come back several time in the day.

Thank you Henaff for your stay. Yes, the living room has double white curtains the blackout one is also white, it doesn't blind like a black one, but you can choose to not see outside and nobody can look inside from the street. I suggest the blinders in case light is too much for guests.

How do damage deposits work?

If Barbara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
