Description

The House is a detached stone house in the village of Pontós. The farmhouse is set at 145 m, and thus offers towards the sea to the East and South a beautiful views of the entire Valley. To the North and West, overlooks the Pyrenees mountains and its foothills. It is located just 20 minutes from the spectacular beaches and coves of the Costa Brava and 15 km from the cities of Figueres, where Dali Museum, Banyoles, with its large lake, 25 km from Girona with its very beautiful old town. Barcelona is 130 km South and with the car, but also by train, very well and quickly accessible.

The farmhouse was built in 1640 on the territory of a former Iberian settlement. The House is detached and surrounded by fields and forest. Nature begins directly on the doorstep. It has been renovated very lovingly and with natural materials and offers all the comforts of a modern House, as well as a homely atmosphere. The large garden, the architecture of arches and vaults and thick stone walls will take you into an oasis of calm. However, this is combined with modern amenities. The thick stone walls make for a pleasant coolness in the House during the summer and for a welcoming warmth in the winter, which can be framed by a prasseldes fire in the fireplace.

The House is ideal for larger families and groups, for holidays with friends, as well as for seminar stays or festivals, because 15 people can accommodate (max. 20) is good and adequate sleeping facilities are available.

The House has six bedrooms, two very large living room, three bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a separate dining room and a wide range of input on 300 m² living space and two floors. Both the entrance and the two living rooms can be transformed each for your seminar. All rooms feature natural light and views. The facilities include central heating, kitchen equipment, a dishwasher, a washing machine, two air conditioners, Internet (WiFi) and an outdoor swimming pool.

Comprehensive approx. 2500 m² outdoor, three terraces, a salt water pool, plenty of sun loungers and garden furniture for 15 people, a stone barbecue, a ping pong table, a Bank and just space for seminar activities are located outdoors. Huge old oak, partly covered terraces, but also spacious grass surfaces, not only around the pool, many Sun and shady areas that invite you to linger and relax offers outdoors. The outdoor pool is non-chlorinated and staggered only slightly with salt water, allowing a natural bathing pleasure. You will enchant both in the garden and on the surrounding forest and meadow paths 1000 flowers and aromatic scents.

The House is rented completely. In the low season both daily, weekend and weekly. Also the price of a person can be arranged for small groups. There is rental in high season only weekly.

Electricity, heating, linen, towels and Internet are included in the final price.

On request, we organize catering for seminar groups. Otherwise the House for self catering and provides an ideal opportunity to Cook as a small group together.

The area offers both tourist, cultural, athletic and even gastronomy is a wealth of activities and attractions. Cycling, hiking, horse riding, Motorsport etc directly from the House, gastronomic routes to the sea and inland, also the Pyrenees for long walks, trekking and skiing 50 km distance, which in the North of the House from visible are, to many water - and air activities, such as kitesurf, surf, diving, paragliding, water parks. There is a golf course 15 km away. Culturally, the area with the former Roman and Greek settlements, medieval towns, romantic fishing villages, museums and last but not least Barcelona with modernist buildings offer all sorts of interesting.

Your pet is of course also free welcome in La Casa Nova.
