Indirizzo: Via Fontana studio Angelo Zecca, siamo 50 metri più avanti dalla fermata, poi alla fontanella bisogna salire le scale blu e poi la prima porta sulla sinistra.

Dal porto ci sono gli autobus di fronte al ristorante La Pergola, appena saliti bisogna chiedere all’autista di essere avvisati per la fermata Via Fontana, studio Angelo Zecca, fermata numero 19.

In soli pochi minuti si raggiunge il piccolo centro storico di Le Forna, con la sua piazzetta e la chiesa. Da qui è possibile raggiungere altre calette tra cui le famose Piscine Naturali, ricche di insenature e mare cristallino e attrezzate con lettini sdraio, ombrelloni, bar. Sia da Cala dell'Acqua che dalla baia di Cala Feola si organizzano tour dell'isola di Ponza oppure gite verso l’isola di Palmarola. In alta stagione conviene prenotare il tour/la gita in anticipo, cercando in internet numeri utili da chiamare.

L'appartamento è consigliato a gruppi di amici e famiglie che preferiscono una sistemazione indipendente.

L'appartamento è arredato di tutti i comfort in modo funzionale, è molto fresco d'estate essendo dotato di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze (3 apparecchi).

Struttura: ingresso in cucina, poi c'è il soggiorno, da qui si accede al bagno numero 1, alla stanza da letto numero 1, alla stanza da letto numero 2. Dalla stanza da letto numero 2 si accede al bagno numero 2. Dalle 2 stanze matrimoniali si accede ai balconi, cosi come anche dal soggiorno si accede ad un balcone più ampio.

All’ingresso c'è un terrazzino con il tavolo, sedie e tenda da sole.

La cucina è attrezzata di tutte le stoviglie ed utensili necessarie per cucinare i vostri pranzi e cene.

Dall’ingresso si accede alla cucina che ha il piano cottura con 4 fuochi, lavandino con doppia vasca e gocciolatoio in acciaio inox, macchina per il caffè, lavastoviglie, forno elettrico, pensili, cabina armadio con lavatrice e con pensili vari, poi il tavolo con le sedie.

Il soggiorno che ha il divano letto (una piazza e mezza), tavolo con le sedie, frigorifero grande, cabina armadio, vetrina con la tv. C è l'aria condizionata, porta/finestra verso il balcone ampio (dove si stendono i panni per asciugarli).

Il bagno numero 1, di colore marroncino chiaro, con lavabo, la doccia wc+bidet 2 in 1 (per il bidet c'è la manopola al muro, che si deve spingere in giù per aprire l'acqua), pensili vari, asciugacapelli a muro. C 'è la finestra.

Camera matrimoniale numero 1 ha il letto matrimoniale, il letto singolo, 2 comodini, armadio guardaroba capiente, armadio con gli specchi, tavolo/scrivania per studiare o lavorare dal pc. Qui c'è la porta/finestra verso il balcone, ed una finestra. C 'è l’aria condizionata.

Camera matrimoniale numero 2, con il letto matrimoniale, un letto singolo, armadio, cabina armadio nel muro, 2 comodini, comò, una vetrina. Qui c è l'aria condizionata.

Dalla camera numero 2 si accede al bagno numero 2 di colore bordeaux, con la doccia, il wc, il lavandino, pensili, asciugacapelli a muro. Qui nel bagno c'è una finestra.

La casa è accessoriata di Tv, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, frigorifero grande con vano congelatore, internet Wifi, aria condizionata, ventilatori a soffitto, ferro e asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, macchina da caffè elettrica, 2 scaldabagni, cuscini, coperte ecc.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Lavinia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
