Dalla villa si può ammirare una splendida vista sulla città di Fermo e sulla campagna circostante, in una location molto tranquilla e riservata tra verdi colline e campi coltivati.
La villa si trova a soli 20 minuti dalle spiagge di sabbia finissima di Porto San Giorgio, in cui passeggiare tra chalet, pinete e palme, pedalare lungo la pista ciclabile e praticare vela, windsurf, SUP e kitesurf. Poco più a sud ci sono inoltre le famose spiagge di San Benedetto del Tronto e Grottammare.
Nei dintorni è possibile visitare suggestive città e borghi storici come Fermo, Monterubbiano, Moresco, Ripatransone, Offida e Ascoli Piceno, fino a raggiungere Amandola, Sarnano e Fiastra nel Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini, e scoprire antiche tradizioni durante affascinanti feste medievali e rievocazioni storiche. Per gli amanti dello shopping sono presenti numerosi outlet della calzatura: Prada, Tod's, Hogan, Nero Giardini, Paciotti.
La villa è immersa nel verde, circondata da un ampio giardino con spazi attrezzati per rilassarsi comodamente all'aria aperta. La piscina con vista panoramica sulle colline dispone di un'area adatta ai bambini ed è attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni. Nella zona piscina vi sono inoltre una doccia esterna e due spogliatoi con bagni e docce. Un ampio portico e un patio adiacente sono attrezzati con poltroncine, tavoli e panche, ideali per mangiare all'aperto. A disposizione degli ospiti anche un barbecue e un forno a legna. I vostri bambini potranno giocare liberamente all'aperto: altalene, scivolo, calcio balilla, tappeto elastico e un campo di bocce. Potrete inoltre concedervi insieme una rigenerante passeggiata lungo i sentieri che attraversano i boschi e la campagna. La villa è disposta su due piani.
