Our house is a few minutes walk from the water front where there are fantastic view across the harbour to Brownsea Island. It is just 10 minutes walk to Poole Quay and the Poole town centre.

The house is close to the beaches including Sandbanks, Studland Bay and Bournemouth beaches.
Activities include boating, sailing, cycling, harbour boat trips, tennis, bowling, skating, children's play areas, arts centre, swimming pool and of course, the award winning Sandbanks beaches. The spectacular Dorset Jurassic coast is also very accessible.

The house is normally for four persons. A Z-Bed can be provided if required for a 5th person upon request at a cost of £50. The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed four persons unless by prior arrangement and confirmed in writing by the owners.
From November to March gas and electricity is charged extra at cost.
GROUPS OF SINGLE PERSONS - Parties of young single person are not normally accepted by the Owner. The property is intended for use by families or couples only.
