This is a stunning family-friendly Italian Lakes villa, situated just 20 to 25 minutes walk from the lakeside beaches of Colmegna and set within large, beautifully kept private gardens. The situation is wonderfully quiet and peaceful in a sought after and well-kept neighbourhood. Guests staying at this Italian Lakes villa also enjoy use of a superb private 10 metre long swimming pool.

This Italian Lakes villa is set over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a sunny open plan dining and kitchen area with three sets of double doors that open onto the large terrace that overlooks the garden. The modern kitchen is well-equipped to a high standard with Nespresso coffee machine, Bosch dishwasher and oven with ceramic hob, plus a microwave. The dining area has a lovely square dining table with chairs for 8 guests, and an additional pine table with 4 chairs.

The large outdoor terrace has an oval dining table and chairs seating 10 people for dining al fresco on those beautiful summer days and evenings. 2 Weber BBQs are provided, and awnings provide shade during hot summer days.

There are also 2 bedrooms and a large family bathroom on the ground floor of this Italian Lakes villa. The first of these bedrooms is a large, sunny double room (European kingsize bed), with double doors opening on to the terrace. There is a chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk for working. The second smaller room is ideal for children and teenagers and sleeps 4 in total in one set of bunk beds and a single bed with extra pull-out bed. These beds can be laid out as 2 singles or put together to form a double. This room has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The modern bathroom on this floor has a large corner bath as well as a separate walk-in shower.

Upstairs at this Italian Lakes villa, there is a wonderful bright and stylish living area with 3 sets of double doors opening onto a wraparound balcony with stunning views to the lake and the surrounding hills and countryside. The balcony has a rattan dining table with seating for 8 people and 2 armchairs and side tables. The living room has a large modern modular sofa set and armchair for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful views. For those staying during the Winter months, logs are available for the living room fireplace. There is also a 50 inch digital TV with built in Apple TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime for use with your own account. Please note that there is no terrestrial or satellite TV service. There is also a desk for working in the living room.

There are two double bedrooms on this floor. The spacious master bedroom has a European king size bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and double doors that open onto the large balcony with beautiful views of the lake and gardens. It boasts a modern ensuite bathroom with double basins, bidet and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a UK king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The gardens of this Italian Lakes villa are spacious and offer plenty of space for children to play or for adults to enjoy the sunshine. A gardener regularly tends the mature gardens and in the Summer months it is filled with the scent of the lavender plants that dominate the area immediately surrounding the terrace. The beautiful in-ground swimming pool measures 10m x 4.5m with a maximum depth of 1.6m and is complemented by a large terrace, providing plenty of space for loungers. The pool has a security cover and it is recommended that if young children are staying in the property, the cover is closed when the pool is not in use. The pool is open from 1 June to 30 September each year.

For those staying at this Italian Lakes villa for a longer period, the property enjoys all the practical elements you would expect. There is a large basement area housing a washing machine. There is also an extra fridge and freezer, perfect for storing your ice cream and wine supplies! The property has a long private driveway with ample parking for a number of cars.

How do damage deposits work?
