A modern, stylish, well furnished villa - perfect for relaxing with friends and

family. Ideally located on a hillside, the villa has a real feeling of privacy and enjoys stunning views of the mountains and the traditional Portuguese village of Porches, which is just over 1 km away. There you can find the nearest amenities including a mini market, bakery/cafe, ATM machine and even a hairdresser. Armação de Pêra, with its long sandy beaches and water front restaurants is only 5km away and the famous Marinha and Benagil beaches, from where you can take a boat trip to explore the many caves, are just 7km from the villa. A short 700m stroll down the hill brings you to Porches Beer Garden, a great place for lunch or dinner with a fantastic atmosphere, suitable for all the family. Around the corner you will also find the famous Porches Pottery where you can pick up some handmade souvenirs or enjoy lunch in the beautiful Bacchus Bar. For those seeking the thrills of a waterpark, Aqualand is only 4km away, with Slide n' Splash and Zoo Marine also nearby.

Arriving at the villa, there are electric gates which open onto a private driveway, lined with oleander bushes. At the top there is a plenty of space for parking, including a covered carport. The front door leads to a spacious entrance with stairs up to the first floor master bedroom. This has a king size bed and en suite facilities including a corner bath. There are patio doors which lead out to a south facing first floor terrace with stunning views - a wonderful place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening aperitif. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, one of which is en suite with a walk in shower, WC and sink. There is also a separate WC/shower room. All bedrooms have AC/heating units, fitted wardrobes with ample hanging space and drawer units.

At the heart of the property, the 5m x 10m private pool is great for exercise and enjoyment. There is a poolside barbeque with outside dining furniture to allow you to while away the long summer evenings with a cheeky glass of the local wines. The villa is nestled amongst sub tropical gardens, with a variety of fruit trees and plenty of room for children to run and play.

Inside, the property has been freshly decorated and is bright and airy with a real holiday feeling. The lounge and kitchen/dining area is open plan, with 2 sets of patio doors leading out onto a large terrace. The kitchen has all modern conveniences and a large table/breakfast bar. The lounge area has new comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV with IPTV - UK TV and 7 day catch up and free Wifi.At the heart of the property, the 5m x 10m private pool is great for exercise and enjoyment. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Samantha (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
