From the owner

Magnificent completely private access villa, opened in August 2017. Located in Alporchinhos, Porches, in Lagoa, less than 1 km from the beautiful Praia da Senhora da Rocha. Capacity for 10 guests in five bedrooms (four doubles and one twin), all with private bathroom (with bath or shower). Two full ensuite bathrooms with bath, one with whirlpool, three full ensuite bathrooms with shower and a service bathroom. Private pool with 50 m2 (10 mx 5 m) with surrounding deck and lawn, deck chairs, shower, sun shade, barbecue and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, blender and all the utensils for the preparation and serving of meals. Air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and sound system. Laundry equipped with a washing machine, drying, ironing board and iron. Rooms spacious with plenty of natural light. Garage with two places and private outdoor space, paved with cobblestone. roof terrace with 70 m2 with lounge, ideal to enjoy magnificent sunsets. Garden and outdoor spaces lawns. At the security level, the house is equipped with intruder alarm, first aid kit, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, blanket cuts fire and card security information.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pascal (the owner) a message.

If Pascal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
