From the owner

Located in the village of Katun, the traditional Istrian stone house, built in 1910, is ideal for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. At the same time you can easily and fast reach the near towns od Porec, Motovun, Rovinj… and explore their historical sights.

The house was renovated with great care. The old stone walls will keep you cool in the summer and the wood beams above your heads will make you feel warm, safe and tranquil.

The large kitchen with the dining room on the first floor is ideal for socializing with your family and friends and the living room with the sofa on the second floor is perfect for resting after a „busy“ day.

The house is semi-detached and has a private courtyard (closed plot) and parking space for 2 cars.

It can accommodate 6 persons: 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

There si also a sofa for extra 2 people in the living room (we do not recommend the sofa for a longer period, because it can never be as comfortable as a bed).

It has two bathrooms with showers (one on each floor), a kitchen, a dining area, an outdoor grill, two air-conditions, two TVs, free internet…

On the ground floor there is a wine and olive-oil cellar that is closed and not for guests to use. We will be very glad to show you trough.

We do not live on the propriety, but we come around now and then (in a small cottage next to the house) to water the lawn and the vegetables. We are at your disposal if anything needed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ana (the owner) a message.

If Ana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
