Preserving the traditional Mallorcan rustic spirit, this beautiful and senzill finca with private pool welcomes 6 people in Porreres.

This typical Mallorcan two-storey house offers a private chlorine pool sizing 12 x 6 metres that has a depth ranging between 0.75 and 2.15 metres. The lawn area around the pool is perfect to spread the towel and sunbathe or simply to have fun with the family little ones. Maybe, you feel like having a walk throughout the property which is is full of trees and plants and even some free hens making their way. A stoned and furnished terrace and the barbecue are perfect for those who love cooking. You will also find a shower bathroom outside the building for your major comfort.

On entering the house, on the main floor you will find a cosy living-dining room where you can watch satellite TV or relax on the sofa. Next to this room you will find the independent gas kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils to cook delicious dishes. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board of course. On the same floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs, up the stairs, you come to a second living room with two armchairs, the ideal place to relax and read a good book. There is also a third bedroom with a double bed. For our youngest guests we will prepare a cot and a highchair. Two radiators and three fans complete the equipment. One of the double bedrooms is air-conditioned from 9 pm to 9 am.

In the area of Porreres there is a great variety of bars and restaurants, offering typical Mallorcan cuisine. Do not hesitate to go visit the Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita, two wonderful beaches of fine sand, and enjoy to admire the sunset with a delicious cocktail. The beach of Es Trenc, known for being a protected natural area, is about 26 km. Other beaches that are worth visiting are Cala Anguila, Porto Colom or Porto Cristo, among many others.
