Very quiet Pool Vila between Port Charlotte and North Port. Heated outdoor pool with efficient heat pump technology. In five minutes you are by bike at supermarkets and restaurants. This approximately 185m ² house offers all the amenities and has the great advantage that the neighboring properties are free or belong to the house. So you can fully enjoy the peace or party on the large lanai with speakers by the pool celebrate and barbecue. The main attractions can be reached from here very well and the villa is ideal for various short trips from here to start. Disney World is about 2 hours away. For example, Sanibel Island and the famous Siesta Key are about 40 minutes away. Many outlets are in the area for shopping. The Everglades can also be reached in about 2 hours and a day trip is possible to save further costs. The most beautiful it is however at the house pool with BBQ.

Hello Marcie, still have no rail to the pool but a pool heat pump. Rail is too expensive and the stairs are sufficient for people without knee problem. If you and your friends like to come back I will think of buying rail. I am just enjoying early summer here. Wonderfull!

This house is the perfect house to relax in and enjoy the sun. The house is clean and spacious. The location is very close to the beautiful beaches of Boca Grande, Venice and Englewood.

Why can't I call Ingo (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ingo (the owner) a message.

If Ingo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
