Villa Lago is in a fantastic central position, right by the Estany Petit Lake, only a few minutes walk from the central of Alcudia. The main street is lined with a diverse selections of shops and places to eat. Keen beach goers are also well-catered for with resorts enormous sandy bay around 15 minutes away on foot.

This delightful 4 bedroom villa has a bright and airy interior, with views of the mountain and lake from the poolside and the top balconies accessed through the two top floor double bedrooms, there is a ping pong table too!

The villa has a neat lawned garden and a sunny south-facing pool and terrace. From the the poolside, you can see the imposing mountains in one direction, with vies over the neighbouring lake in the the other. The covered part of the terrace provides shade for the alfresco dining area and the bbq area.

The combined lounge and dining area has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and table and chairs. Large double patio doors open onto the dining/pool terrace and allow plenty of natural light to flood the space. Next to the lounge area you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Also with a w/c on the ground floor.

Villa Lago has 4 large bedrooms,1 double bedroom located on the ground floor with an ensuite with a shower. The remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor of the property. 1 twin bedroom a w/c, and a full bathroom with shower and a corner bath, toilet and also 2 sinks. Both the 2 double bedrooms both have their very own balconies. All the bedrooms have large built in cupboards with plenty of storage space.

The property offers air conditioning/heating throughout.

The position of the Villa …. Could not be better! The centre of Alcudia often known as Bellevue, or Cuidad Blanca, is only a few minutes walk away, which has a huge choice of shops and places to eat. Plus, the resort´s glorious sandy 5 miles beach is within easy reach on foot. Alcudia also has a beautiful old town with its local market on Tuesday´s and Sunday´s, a stylish marina, a golf course with impressive sea views and a popular waterpark making it a great all round choice.

Eco-tax not included. €2.20 + (high season) €0.55 (high baja) per adult per night.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
