Important: The Ecotasa (compulsory tourist tax by law for the community of Balearic Islands) of 3 Euros per person and night is required to be paid in cash at the time of entry. We offer a wonderful and comfortable fully equipped duplex townhouse apartment, perfect for holidays of friends and families with children with three bedrooms, dining room with breakfast bar and sofa bed, bathroom, toilet and community pool with garden. It also has wifi, air conditioning and heating, a solarium terrace and a covered terrace at 2 m. from the pool. It is located in one of the best areas of Puerto de Alcudia, and very close to the leisure areas, 150 m. from the beach and has parking, fully equipped with everything you need (towels, sheets, satellite TV, etc.) is quiet, comfortable, practical, modern and is preserved as seen in the photos. Ideal place for a holiday unforgettable Within walking distance there is the commercial area. Hi Emma: I am very sorry for the breakdown you had with the hot water boiler during your stay in the apartment, these are things that cannot be anticipated, when I enter the apartment I did not know that I would have problems as you say, in fact, there were Hot water the problem came the next day and was solved in less than 24 hours, of course I would not have delivered the apartment with hot water problems if I had known. In Mallorca, the technician does not go before looking at the breakdown as you say, but when he comes to the moment, he values ​​what has to be done and is repaired, so it is quickly solved. I feel I could not have the check-in at three in the afternoon as well as it puts on the Tripadvaisor website and it was two hours later, that is to say at five in the afternoon, it was because this day there was entry and exit of customers and the cleaning had to be done, for this reason I agree that the final day of your vacation if you had entered two hours later you will leave with a difference of two hours, that is, instead of leaving at ten hours as you put in the page was done at twelve o'clock, but at four o'clock in the afternoon they were still occupying the terrace of the apartment with their equipment and taking a bath in the pool, because they had decided to end up spending the day in the pool, It is normal that when the stay of the reservation is finished the apartment and its facilities are vacated, the problem was that cleaning had to be done because other customers were waiting for their check-in even if you did not see them, if it had not been so I would have been or delighted that they finished enjoying their vacations in my apartment and its facilities.
