Located at the northern end of the quiet residential neighbourhood of Solander, less than 100 metres from Four Mile Beach, 5 Solander Boulevard provides an ideal position and privacy.

This open-plan home has recently undergone a beautiful transformation, redecorated with bright coastal decor throughout. High ceilings, louvers, and skylights allow light and airflow through the two spacious lounge areas, dining space, and separate TV room.

The large kitchen is located in the centre of the house, servicing both the dining room and the outdoor entertaining area. The kitchen features modern appliances and the cupboards are stocked with crockery, glasses, cutlery, and cookware to make your stay feel like home.

Bi-fold doors from the living area open to the covered back veranda, generous tropical garden, and family-sized heated pool. This space features a large dining table, outdoor lounges, kitchen servery, and barbecue – perfect for entertaining!

Huge melaleucas attract birdlife to the property and a relaxing poolside gazebo completes the setting.

The master bedroom, accessed from the dining area, has a private enclosed garden and an en-suite with a glass exterior wall.

Bedroom 2 features two single beds (or a King), is adjacent to the kitchen and has access to the pool patio.

The three remaining bedrooms are reached through a separate TV room, complete with a fold-out sofa, suitable for two small children or one adult.
