Fire up the barbeque in the back yard, relax and watch a movie in the peace of your own house, or have a fun night playing board games with family or friends.

Situated in the heart of Pt Elliot, conveniences and facilities are at your doorstep, including a supermarket, gourmet butcher, trendy shops and cafes, art/craft galleries and hotels and restaurants that offer great food at reasonable prices. Enjoy the delights of the local award winning Port Elliot bakery and the local markets.

Favoured destinations are the beautiful protected swimming beaches at Horseshoe Bay and the surf beaches at Knight's or Boomer's, all a short walk from All Seasons' Escape Port Elliot. Fish from the Jetty, swim in the sheltered bay, or try body boarding at these highly regarded beaches. Take a walk to the lookout to admire the beautiful coastal scenery or wander along the cliff path around the coast, exploring the little bays and beaches and admiring the seals, dolphins and the whales.

Take the Cockle Train from the train station around the corner, or if you are feeling energetic, cycle or walk to Middleton, Goolwa or Victor Harbor all offering a range of attractions and beautiful scenery.

At the lookout at the end of The Strand you may also get a glimpse of the passing Southern Right Whales in the winter months.

Visit Urimbirra Wildlife Park only a short drive from Port Elliot. The local wineries are close by too.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jack (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
