Tidewater Retreat is a luxury ocean view beach home located close to Indian Pass, FL between Port St Joe and Apalachacola, FL. The design of the home was based from a concept that won 2006 Best in America Living Award for a single family residence. The layout provides comfort and efficiency to our guest to ensure the most relaxing experience possible. The property is placed on one acre of northern Florida coastal landscape and the size of the lot offers added privacy and comfort during your stay. This home is also located less than 400' from the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

The property has plenty of parking area under the home. Additionally, the side drive has more than enough room to accommodate a boat or RV if needed.

The first floor of the home has one ocean-view bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. This bedroom also has its own 32" flat screen HDTV.

The large kitchen with island and peninsula can accommodate the whole family for large breakfasts, lunch or dinners. The dining area and living room are situated off of the kitchen and open up to a large front screened in porch area. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail, watch the ocean and listen to the waves crash for as long as you like. The 1st floor also has a large screened in porch with dining area on the rear of the home if you would prefer to listen to the birds and observe the northern Florida coastal landscape and protected state preserve. This is a perfect location to watch the sunset and have a nice dinner. The living room area offers a large 50" Smart HDTV and all the shows you can ever image. If you can't find what you are looking for on cable or ROKIU, the home has an extensive collection of DVD's to choose from.

The second floor boast the master suite along with two other bedrooms to accommodate our guest. The master suite has a king bed and its own private front porch where our guest can relax to the sounds of the ocean. The master bathroom has a luxury walk in shower with double shower heads, craftsmen contemporary tile and bench for added comfort. The master bedroom has its own 40" flat screen TV.

The twin room upstairs has two custom handmade single beds to accommodate our guest. The 32" inch flat screen smart TV in the room will allow access to all of your favorite shows. The last bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, 24" flat screen smart TV and a great view of the water. There is a full bathroom located upstairs with all tile walk in shower that has a picture window to view the state preserve in the rear of the home.

Mr. Alvarado, We appreciate your feedback on our home. Hopefully the information below can clear up some of your concerns. Walking path to beach access: There is an easement through neighborhood homes that allows our renters a pathway to our deeded beach access without "trespassing on private property" . The beach access is a private access for our community only. Update: We now have a golf cart for our renters to use for the property!!-River discharged into beach: There are many bodies of water in Port St Joe, Indian Pass and Cape San Blas that flow into the gulf. The waterways you are referring to are Money Bayou Beach and the Indian Pass Lagoon (Indian Pass). These waterways do not make our waters any more unpleasant, in fact these bodies of water are what make our area so beautiful! Security Cameras: The cameras on the outside entrances of the home are for our renters safety and the protection of the home (Posted outside). I hope this information clears up any concerns that you had during your stay. Again, we appreciate your feedback.
