La vue est exceptionnelle avec accès direct à la plage.
Elle est de plain pied dans un lieu très calme, composée d'une terrasse donnant sur la mer, d'un salon séjour cuisine, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains avec wc pour chacune , jardin clos ombragé sur l'arrière, barbecue.

L' eau chaude est fournie par deux chauffe eau au gaz.
Douchette sur la terrasse pour se rincer après la baignade.
Linge de maison non fourni. Possibilité de louer draps et serviettes pour 20 € par personne et par semaine.
Animaux non acceptés.

Au rond point du site de Paulilles, continuer vers Banyuls, troisième sortie, puis 50 m après, tourner à gauche et avancer jusqu'à la borne où je vous attendrai.

Le lieu est unique, sauvage, pas de circulation, seulement dix maisons, pas de bâtiments ni de commerces. Les personnes ne résidant pas sur place viennent à pied ( minimum 1.5 km ) La vie est tranquille, idéal pour des familles avec enfants qui peuvent jouer dehors, pour ceux qui aiment la plongée sous marine et pour les personnes âgées qui ne souffriront pas de la chaleur à cause de la brise marine.
