Lighthouse Watch, is a superb 2 bedroom penthouse offering contemporary self-catering accommodation in St. Ives Cornwall. Set in an elevated position above the roadside, it is quiet, but close to all amenities. Only a 4 minute walk to St Ives harbour and the cobbled streets full of unspoilt local character, quaint shops, restaurants and galleries including the St Ives Tate. All five beautiful beaches including Porthmeor and Porthminster are within 5-10 minute walking distance, as are the train and bus stations that connect St Ives to the main lines.Our stunning, award winning, panoramic view is the perfect location to ensure your holiday in St Ives is very special. Named as one of the top views in Europe, it really is fabulous. Overlooking the harbour, and with far reaching views of the Cornish coastline towards Hayle Towans and Godrevy lighthouse, Lighthouse Watch will ensure your visit to St. Ives is truly memorable.

Parking: Lighthouse Watch has a chargeable private parking space which must be booked on a first come first served basis.There is limited overnight parking on the road outside however it can be difficult to get a space. Park Avenue long stay car park, is next door to the property, and a Rover ticket can be booked in advance from Cornwall Councils website allowing you to use all the councils long stay car parks in Penwith.

Why can't I call Tina (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tina (the owner) a message.

If Tina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
