Ideal for 2 families at each level: 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom and a toilet or 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Or 4 couples, a new leather sofa with sleeping daily 200x160 in the living room is available. PRICE INCLUDES cleaning (stay 1 week or more) can park 2 cars in the garden, 1 large terrace of 100 m2 with barbecue and 8 chairs + 1 other 30 M2. Baby kit available (Folding cot, high chair, baby bath, potty pee, stroller). I also provide many beaches toys. 2 beaches umbrellas provided. Recent bedding: 2 large bed 200x160 5 beds 190x90 I do not accept more than 9 people for comfort. Kitchen and two new bathrooms broadband WiFi in the villa FREE.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Olivier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
