The advantages are simple: panoramic view of the sea, beach 30 meters, complete renovation in 2018. So you can walk in the morning at the beach, lunch back to the apartment and then back on the beach without effort or constraint. terrace of 20 m2 facing the South and West orientation sea. All equipment of the apartment is new. Air conditioner. Special "baby kit" available: 120x60 folding bed, high chair, baby bath, potty pee. Washing machine dishwasher oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso, robot mixer etc very good bedding for all beds including sofa bed with new leather daily sleeping 200x160 Easy parking outside the apartment. The residence is sized (15 apartments). Wifi for your emails. Je suis étonné du message: une société passe à chaque séjour (je prends note néanmoins et vais en parler avec la société de nettoyage). L'appartement a été entièrement repeint en 2021. La TV, l'électroménager est très récent voire neuf (four, micro onde, lave vaisselle, lave linge fev 2022), une table à manger plateau en marbre, chaises neuves. Pour les commerces ils sont à 500 mètres avec parking aisé sans parcmetre. Je respecte les avis, j'apporte des informations plus précises.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Olivier (the owner) a message.

If Olivier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
