Response from the manager
Good Afternoon lottie49, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay at Prospect Lodge; I'm sorry to hear of the issues you encountered during your stay. It's lovely to hear you found our local office helpful and I can see we spoke with you on the day of your arrival via telephone; I can only apologise if you felt you had to visit the office rather than continue speaking with us over the phone, we certainly wouldn't want you to go out of your way making additional trips in to the town centre if this was causing you any upset. I can see we have offered a voucher for you to use on a property more suited to you moving forward and I can see you have since booked another holiday with us which is brilliant! Thank you again for taking the time to leave your comments. Kind regards, Becki at Sykes Cottages
