Cosy cottage that sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms, located in the village of Portinscale near KeswickDerwent Edge is a pet friendly holiday cottage in Portinscale.  A cosy traditional cottage that comfortably sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms, which share family bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Property has a kitchen fully equipped for your needs whilst on holiday and a lounge with dining area in which you can unwind after walking on the fells. Relax in the garden with a glass of wine whilst watching your pets play.  Derwent Edge in portinscale is ideally situated with Keswick a 10 minute walk away.Ideal throughout the year.

Amenities: Electric heaters and gas fire. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV player.  Fuel and power inc. in rent.  Bed linen inc. in the rent. Front garden.  Private parking for 1 large car additional parking can be arranged if required. Towels not included. Maximum 2 pets. Lockable bike shed for 4 bikes. No smoking Or use of candles.  Note: Pub 2 minute walk. Keswick 15 mins walk away. Note: There are 4 steps down from the car park to the property, so may not suit people with limited mobility. Note: there are local markets that take place on Thursday and Saturday in Keswick.

Region: Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Town: Portinscale is a small village near Keswick, located on the shore of Derwentwater. There are many walks direct from the door. The Whinlatter Park is only a short drive away with a wide variety of woodland paths to amble along, numerous mountain bike tracks to enjoy and Go Ape tree top adventure for the more energetic. The popular market town of Keswick is only a 5 minute drive away, offering many recreational and outdoor activities, shops, pubs, restaurants and relaxing parks for all the family to enjoy.
