Description

Apartment with a nice terrace facing south with river views, where meals can be enjoyed, where moments of relaxation and contemplation will certainly be recorded in your memory.
Specially well located within the historic area, at the picturesque "Ribeira" at a few steps from it´s restaurants and front river splanades, this apartment will welcome you with all the comfort giving you back all the energy spent on probable walks up and down the typical streets of Porto. From here all points of turistic interest are at a walking distance.
Sea side only 4 kms away and reachable by public transports like bus or tram passing in front of the apartment.
A visit to one of the so many Port Wine cellars,on the other side of the river, for tasting the famous nectar are also recomended. And what about a cruise along the river accordingly with your mood and availibility as there are quite a lot of options since a short one around the bridges, or a longer one up the river with lunch or even a romantic dinner on bord?
And after all this, coming back to that terrace for a relaxing drink!

tiene muy buena ubicación se puede ir andando a las zonas mas turísticas aunque se puede aparcar en la zona el apartamento es comodo y tenia lo necesario para nuestra estancia y lo mas impresionantes las vistas que tiene..totalmente recomendable

“Gem of a find in Porto”

For a start the apartment has great views over the River Douro. It has everything you need for a city break. There is a lounge area with all mid cons and a very comfortable sofa bed. There is a small well equipped kitchen area which is separated from the lounge with a breakfast table with 2 chairs. The bedroom is very comfortable with two wardrobes and a patio door out to a garden balcony. This had lovely sun in the morning. The shower room was well equipped too. The best part of the apartment though was the terrace off the lounge. It was big enough to eat at the table and it had lovely views of the river. There are restaurants very close by and it was about a gentle 10 minutes to the Ribeira area with lots of bars and restaurants. The old trolley bus to the coast ran outside the apartment block and took about 20 mins. I would recommend the open top bus on arrival in Porto as it allows you to get your bearings. The only downside to the apartment was that it was at the top of the building which was 4floors up and there is no lift. This didn't bother us but may hinder anyone who is not so able. Overall a gem of an apartment.

How do damage deposits work?
