A 140 years old building, in Porto's World heritage historical Centre with seven self sufficient apartments, being the ground floor fully equipped for reduced mobility guests. The remaining apartments vary from studio (Bathroom, bedroom with kitchenette), one bedroom (Hall, living area, bedroom and bathroom) and two bedrooms (Hall, living area, three bathrooms and two bedrooms). We are located 600 meters from Douro River.

We have a timetable for a personal check in between 15h and 18h, because we always want to offer a glass of Oporto Wine and explain what our guests can do in our Lovely City, such as monuments, churchs, restaurants, cafés, traditional markets. And explain everything how it works in his/her home for the days that stay with us. And, after 8 pm, we have a self check in, but on the next day, we are here to explain everything. The first thing that we give to our guests is our personal card, so if he has any doubt inside or outside of the apartment, he can contact us.

Já tinha tido ótimas recomendações do Centenary Fontainhas Apartments, mas foi muito além das minhas expectativas. Os apartamentos são lindos, espaçosos e muito bem decorados. A limpeza é perfeita. O lugar é no centro da cidade, perto de tudo, mas ao mesmo tempo é calmo, silencioso, perfeito para descansar. E a gentileza e simpatia do Pedro e da esposa, donos do Centenary, são inesquecíveis. Sai de lá com dois amigos e em breve voltarei. Recomendo e muito

“Stunning apartments for a lovely city break”

Friendly, clean, comfortable. My stay at Centenary Fontainhas apartments was great from the first minute. Very friendly staff, available whenever needed, the apartment, a newly refurbished period house in downtown Porto. Great looking flats, with a beautiful Design and fully equipped, some great features stand out, like the exposed stone work and original ornamental ceilings. A very homey feel complemented with a wonderful breakfast with some local delicacies. The location, is just great, just a few minutes walk from town centre with great restaurants, shops and great attractions. For first time visitors, Porto is a very welcoming city, great people, beautiful architecture and wonderful wine. I highly recommend centenary fontainhas apartments, friendly team, cosy apartments and a great service throughout. I will be back for more soon

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
