Do you like to know the culture and the history of a city as Oporto? I am inviting you to share a room in an art studio with the visual artist. You will have the opportunity to share the special light and colour that exists in this space.

My space is unique - in front Douro River - we are always seeing the River, the Sky and all architecture around ...

This flat's area is really suited for tourists, because it has many restaurants, pubs and nightclubs; the transports are also very good.

Furthermore, you can catch a bus or cycle in order to get to the beach really quickly.

You would have your own bedroom with a stunning view of the Douro river (the main river in Oporto ).

People could afford the location and, at the same time, to be in a space where art' performances happened.

As I work during the day in my Studio, I am available throughout the stay to help or advise on visits to places of importance in the city of Porto. As a plastic artist and connoisseur of the city, I have had the feed back from the tourists who visit my studio, the importance of being able to do this advice, whether to places of cultural interest, such as restaurants, bars, fado houses, how to go beaches, Porto and Gaia and so on. Not forgetting the importance for guests to serve them personally, every morning, the breakfast.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Emilia (the owner) a message.

If Emilia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
