New building on the Douro riverfront, 20 minute walk from the historical center of Porto, this one bedroom apartment with private bathroom and outdoor iron worked balcony has large glass doors & windows that allows natural light until the sunsets providing a romantic & comfortable atmosphere & magnificent view of the Douro River on the horizon that takes your breath away.
This unique recently rebuilt building with new construction materials located on the Douro riverfront is not only a apartment filled with natural luminous sunshine until the sunsets but also allows you to sit on the balcony to absorb the unforgettable view of Vila Nova de Gaia, the Arrabida Bridge and the Douro River on the horizon that takes your breath away…..all inserted amongst the most privileged surrounding areas of Porto.

One bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with a fully equipped kitchen and small outdoor iron worked balcony.
The building is positioned in a quiet area next to the riverfront of the River Douro and in a perfect location central to everything around as: the historical center (15-minute walk), beach (10-minute by bus/20 min walk) and lush green gardens of the Crystal Palace Park (20-minute walk). The Porto Douro River guest house large apartment windows allow for all the natural sunlight to penetrate into the apartment with an unlimited view of the Douro (gold) River and Atlantic Ocean and the sky which allows you to enjoy unforgettable moments and all the quiet you will need at the end of the afternoon when you come back to relax after a long exciting day in central Porto,

“Perfect riverside location”
A wonderful location on the banks of the river with easy access to Porto city centre by tram or a 10 minute walk. The host met us and provided a wealth of information on the city's highlights. The accommodation was first class, full equipped with everything for a short stay. A small balcony over looking the river really was the icing on the cake. We have no hesitation is recommending this apartment and would gladly stay there again

- How do damage deposits work?
In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send João / (the owner) a message.
If João / (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
