This apartment is located in the historical area of ​​the Port Wine Cellars - Vila Nova de Gaia, less than 100 meters from the Douro River, next to the Ribeira do Porto. On the left bank you will find rabel boats, many restaurants, a market with a restaurant area, terraces, bars, a tour desk, cable car, water sports, handicraft shops, varied entertainment and boarding pier for small trips or up the river Douro to the Douro Vinhateiro. The view over the right bank allows one to observe one of the most interesting Portuguese images; the historical center of the city of Oporto, classified by UNESCO as World Heritage, where you can reach in 10 minutes on foot, passing D. Luís Bridge. It is easy to reach the apartment. You can get there from the airport to the metro apartment. There is a metro stop 500 meters away. If you come by train there is also a stop about 500 meters away. By car you have two options: by the center of Porto passing the D. Luís Bridge, or by the motorway passing the Arrábida Bridge and leaving at the first exit towards "Cais de Gaia". Beautiful apartment, cheerful, modern and comfortable. The apartment is ideal for couples with children (up to 4 children) or 5 adults. It has 3 beds. A bedroom with a double bed of 1.40 * 2.00 meters and two double sofa beds, one with 1.40 * 2.00 meters and another with 1.20 * 2.00 meters. It has a kitchen with Oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, ironing board and iron. In the kitchen there is a table for breakfast and small appliances. In the living room has a table with six chairs and TV by fiber and Internet Hi-Fi. In the bathroom you can find hair dryer, diffuser, shower gel and shampoo. At the expense are several utilities, such as a baby chair and baby bed. In the street of the apartment you can find minimarkets, butcher, bakery, confectionery and restaurants. Very close there are large supermarkets. Not accepted: parties and football supporters, Silence between 23.00 and 08.00. Security deposit, 100 euros.

Why can't I call Jose (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jose (the owner) a message.

If Jose (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
