The apartment is new, cozy and well furnished, with a terrace and private covered parking space, also has Wi-Fi network and shared barbecue. The structure is instead located in a quiet area, which is only 800m from the Barbarossa beach and 400 meters from the center of Porto Azzurro, a quaint seaside town, the pearl of the island evenings and for its large and beautiful square directly overlooking the marina that for the market that is served from 20:00 onwards through the streets of the center. Convenient for all kinds of services, our apartments are the ideal place to spend a quiet holiday on the island of Elba. In a radius of 5 km, also, you can be reached many beaches of different nature, surrounded by a green landscape, where it is possible to spend pleasant days on the beach. This does not exclude, however, the right to go to the places located on the opposite side of the island. One of the greatest advantages of 'Elba, in fact, is the ability to move with great ease and rapidity on it. For lovers of diving, in addition, Gaio, fishing Italian Champion in diving team and a former member of the national team will be happy to give all relevant information on Elba seabed or even, if possible, to bring in the boat with them their customers during a fishing trip, giving them a chance to see the sea from the magnificent coast.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Gaio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
