Luxury villa with private swimming pool in prime position overlooking the popular beach at Porto do Mos, with its vast expanse of golden sands. Flanked by cliffs, this beautiful villa boasts of spectacular sea views. Built on two levels, this spacious villa has electrically controlled roller shutters and is air conditioned throughout.On entering main gate, there is a patio area with private parking with steps leading up to main entrance door. Leading off from entrance hall is a corridor to sleeping quarters and an elegant wooden staircase leads up to living area on 1st floor. On the first floor there is an open plan living/dining/kitchen with French sliding doors leading onto the top terrace with fantastic sea views. The terrace has its own outdoor dining table/seating and overlooks the beautiful swimming pool with its over-flow feature. The modern style kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sietse (the owner) a message.

    If Sietse (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
