Villa Irini is located in Peloponissos, province of Argolida, one of the most interesting parts of Greece, rich in history, spectacular scenery and crystal clear seas, 4km from Porto Heli center, a very popular holiday destination, in Costa area, Limanakia bay.The house is set on an idyllic 8000 m2 plot, offering a breathtaking view of Limanakia beach and Spetses island. The property is covered with trees and vegetation in season. It consists of 2 pairs of double rooms, each pair with one bathroom with shower plus one large double room with its own bathroom with shower. A WC is also available. All rooms & living areas are air conditioned. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a dishwasher, microwave, espresso and filter coffee makers. There is a spacious unified living and dining room with a fireplace which opens up to a large terrace with a sea view. The garden around the villa includes both pergolas, patios , and strategically placed hammocks where you can relax. There is even a small organic vegetable garden, as well as various fruit trees. A 30 sqm studio, independent from the main house, equipped with a bathroom and shower, that can accommodate up to 4 people is also available for an extra charge (unavailable from November to end of April). The swimming pool (50 sq m, max depth 3m), together with the pool bar is located right at the edge of the property overlooking the sea. A cobbled path leads from the pool area to the sea with sea taxi access (10 minutes to Spetses island). A small basketball court is available on the other side of the property, a ping pong table can be setup in one of the patios, and 2 inflatable two seater kayaks are at the guests' disposal. Each common area is equipped with audiovisual equipment (TV, DVD & sound system) and wifi internet access. A small office station (PC, printer, fax) is available in the living room. There is a laundry room in the basement with a large washing machine & dryer. The nearest beach is 100m away and a 3 minute walk. Many other sandy beaches can be found within driving or sailing distance.There are excellent traditional tavernas serving fresh fish. Services available in Porto Heli: Grocery, super market , drugstore, bank, rent a car, motorcycle, bicycles.There is a medical center located in Kranidi (10km). Water ski schools, scuba, diving, rent a boat services are easily available. Full day maid service & assistant cook, and baby sitter are available on request for an extra cost. You have a choice during your stay to specify whether you prefer the rooms to be equipped with double or single beds.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Constantinos (the owner) a message.

If Constantinos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
