From the owner

Rosalia is a 170 square metre semi-detached garden house (ground floor 130m2, first floor 40m2 with a 15m2 balcony). It can accommodate up to 10 people. The basic elements that dominate the house are stone and wood.

The ground floor comprises of an air-conditioned living room and two air-conditioned bedrooms. The ground floor also includes a separate large kitchen and dining area and two WCs (one with shower)

The large air-conditioned bedroom features two single beds and two bunk beds (for children over 5 years old).The small bedroom has a ceiling fan and a double bed. At the air conditioned living room there is also a sofa bed.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils as well as electrical appliances (large refrigerator,small fridge, cooker, stove, dishwasher and washing machine).

Following the wooden staircase to the first floor we find two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and another small sitting room that leads to a balcony with magnificent views of the sea and the gardens. On the balcony there is a table for 4-6 people.All windows are double glazed. It is ideal for large families or groups.

Why can't I call Irene (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Irene (the owner) a message.

If Irene (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
