Villa Virginia is an elegant and refined house, located in Lido Fiori - Menfi (AG), between Sciacca and Selinunte, in a very quiet beach area, Menfi has been awarded the European Blue Flag for its clean waters and beaches.Villa Virginia borders on two other villas but thanks to their tall hedges and gardens enjoy complete privacy.Villa Virginia, comfortable and functional, is on a single level, with a very large outdoor areas, a pool side with sun beds and shower and outdoor bathroom and dressing room, surrounded by green grass, a side entrance with covered veranda and gazebo, BBQ side with laundry area, and a quarter side with a small vegetable garden and fruits and olive trees.Inside the Villa there is a living room with TV and kitchen, a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, one bedroom with loft (double sofa bed and a single bed).The Villa has a private pool with 5 x 11.5 - roman staircase -, diving boards, By the access road to the villa you can walk to the beach, it is about 300 meters far, and within walking distance on the beach you can find kiosks with bar and sun loungers.Lido Fiori is an excellent vacation area for people who like walking on the beach or biking, as it plain and not much frequented by cars with a beautiful bike path not far away (2 km).Lido Fiori has a market and restaurants, and you can find a supermarket and service providers in Menfi (4 km away) at 5 minutes by car.Excursions and surrounding Portopalo (4 km: 5 min. by car) beautiful beach with excellent restaurants where you can eat fresh fish, pizzerias and bars on the beach where you can go for a drink or dance during the night, Sciacca (15 km away 15 min. by car) famous for handmade ceramics, for its thermal baths, for the fishing fleet, fresh seafood and a more lively nightlife.Other locations to not miss: the Archaeological Park of Selinunte (the largest archaeological park in the world greek), the natural reserve of Belice, Cave di Cusa (quarries where the extracted material for the construction of the temples of Selinunte), the historical center of Castelvetrano, Museum, Trinity Church Delia, and many more wonderful places .... we are in Sicily land with a millenary history and a thousand colours and scents.Services included: cleaning garden and cleaning pool, linen change, fan each room. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Domenico (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
